I'm currently using the default, workflow 'Send Email' action - but it's using the @messages.na2.netsuite.com replyto address and logging the reply message back into Netsuite. I'm trying to have the reply show up in my ZenDesk instance - but this @netsuite....com address is 'stealing' the message vs. it hitting the inbox of the 'Sender' I'm assigning in workflow action
