Oddly it’s actually not an option I can select—usually this is in the Main area of the search, isn’t it? I selected the checkbox under “List” in the Roles → List subtab for all my roles, though.

I'm guessing since it's not there, that particular page isn't really meant to be done that way
if I were a betting man, I'd bet that NS intentionally disabled it so you couldn't screw up your view of workflows and have trouble pulling them up
I wouldn't be shocked to see similar restriction on scripts.
NOpe. No similar restriction on scripts, but definitely can't do it on workflows in my account.

That’s so interesting! All I wanted to do was add a filter for Transaction Sub-Type 😛 I guess they didn’t go far enough because you can still customize it and it sticks until you go back to default… sigh
Well thank you for looking, another NetSuite quirk to add to my vocabulary. At this point I’m feeling like I’m the “gotcha guru” of NetSuite for my company; it seems like whenever I get “Why can’t I do this?” emails from my colleagues these days it’s no longer for a lack of their ability to visualize the logical solution, and more so just because in this one particular instance NetSuite is weird and inconsistent
