I'm getting the following error on a workflow I'm testing, but I don't know how to find the field it is saying has an error: "Action execution FAILED: An nlobjSearchFilter contains an invalid operator, or is not in proper syntax: custrecord_notify_recipient." I can't find custrecord_notify_recipient anywhere... Thoughts?

Check your criteria

Do you have any custom workflow action? If you do, it might be doing a search and it is causing the error
