I have an odd behavior occurring with my workflow. I have 3 fields on the SO/Invoice record. Transaction Method, Portal Name, Email.
These fields will get filled in depending on whats on the customer record. Most of it is determined on an after field sourcing, but there were some situations that required it to populate on entry. However when I use the Create New Button on the customer record it does not work correctly even tho it seems like the workflow is saying it is.
