Also - is your webservice set to trigger workflows and scripts? I feel like there's a toggle for that on the integration somewhere

Hi @KevinJ of Kansas and @battk - I'm sure this hasn't been keeping you up at night, but I wanted to let you know I sorted out why my workflows weren't triggering on Web Services. It is what @battk suggested. I found that the company preference to trigger scripts and workflows was being overridden every time. The xml was being formatted by another consulting company. They are handling some integration between Salesforce and NetSuite using Mulesoft. I don't think they have done a ton of NetSuite work and it seems that they may have set this override by accident.
