Hi Kevin - I did try using a saved search and custom field derived from it. It sure would be great if we could store values on those custom fields! My first attempt at this with workflow was using that saved search and field in conjunction with the two real fields we're evaluating. I went away from it because I thought I had it solved without the saved search in another version, which I discovered today was not the case. I went back to the saved search version today and couldn't get it to work. I think I might know one thing I did wrong there. And I will also try with AFTER SUBMIT. I've been using BEFORE SUBMIT.
