has anyone triggered "user error" on an item fulfillment based on picked/packed/shipped status and package field status? trying to block a fulfillment from being marked packed or shipped if delivery confirmation doesnt have signature required, if a custom field on the same fulfillment is marked "signature required". i had to make a saved search condition for when to send the user error, which is basically item fulfillment signature required is true and delivery confirmation is none" but can't figure out the triggers.
