Thanks for the thoughts, currently that is more or less their process to have entire orders pending approval, but they also put service items on these orders then they are doing a service on a pending approval order which is misleading. Maybe that is the lesser of two evils, but we are tying to work toward having individual lines on the SO be Approved/Commit Available Qty while others would be in Pending Approval/Do Not Commit

How are the services setup as items? We use other charge for sale or service for sale and then you don't have to worry about the commit.
