After I save the PO it is left in the state to SHOW BUTTON to the approver. The approver won't be editing, just approving so I think this should work. I will play with the conditions on the BEFORE RECORD LOAD actions, so if it has already run through once, it will not run again. I think I've got it! Thanks so much!
