anyone know a suiteanswer regarding deleting free form text from a field based on sales order status? I have the field stamping approval SYSDATE timestamp upon approval, trying to have it remove the timestamp if the order goes back to pending approval/cancelled/closed and can’t seem to find the checkbox I am missing to get it going. Could be something that has to be split into 2 workflows but there is enough already dragging against the sales order record type I do not want to put another workflow on top if possible,
