I’m trying to set up what I feel should be a fairly simple workflow on an item fulfillment. I need a warning that the shipping amount entered exceeds a certain amount. I have a custom field on the IF that contains the value to compare against, and I just want a confirm button on Before User Submit if the shipping cost (or preferably the shipping cost + handling cost) is greater than that value. I can only get it to work on create though. If the IF is edited, there is no pop up. I’ve got the workflow set to initiate on create, view or update.
