@KevinJ of Kansas that's how we know which customers get invoiced by email and which ones by printing/mail. I suppose I could try making a new record, seems like more of a process than a workflow though. The box works as normal on invoices, but I want it unchecked on sales orders/quotes/item fulfillments so the customer does not get an email at every step. It works on everything except when converting from quote to sales order.
