i.e. if your limit is 1 million, and before save it was at 950k, and then your bill was for 51k, it wouldn't stop you from saving that last bill. It'd have to wait until your next one to "catch it" if you did it based on a summary field on the contract

gotcha yea I tried to say that above, going to see if we can hit that summary header level PC field to review approved amount vs billed amount. As you know the header level summary fields can be tough to hit with workflow and report but we will see, thanks for your time
