in theory overbilling the VB by AP would drive tolerance triggering for re-approval (also part of my plan to implement since currently it was just excessive editing/admin abuse) rather than being an issue witH AP overusing a VB. My issue is our PC was approved for 1 million and has been overbilled to 2.5 with nobody even noticing. I guess if we edited the VB after the original BILL PO button was clicked the same thing would happen, but I would think once we edited it past the total approved PO amount the first time it would effectively exhaust the PO after that point. It seems the PC never gets exhausted UNLESS the end date is reached, which isn’t how we want to manage these long term
