Has anyone heard of a workflow getting "stuck" on an old revision? I added a new action to a workflow and it didn't run, so I poked at it a bit more and it seems like none of the changes I'm making to this workflow are actually taking effect. I did confirm that I had the right workflow by disabling it briefly and confirming that it stopped running, so I'm definitely not editing the wrong workflow or something silly like that.
