Anyone know how to find out dates of Release Status changes? ( i.e. on July 29 the WF XXX was changed from Released to Not Initiating)

we had a workflow change from released to not initiating earlier this year. i wasn't able to find a record of a change and asked support about it - they were no help and basically told me i must have changed it. solution was to just turn it back on and try to clean things up from the missed runs. netsuite
