Hi everyone, I have setup a Sales Territory that round robins leads coming from our web form (Web Leads), I also have a workflow that gets triggered on creation of this web lead in Netsuite and one of the action that this workflow does is to send a notification email to the sales rep who has been assigned this lead based on the round robin. Everything was okay with this process until I noticed something this morning. The round robin is working fine, but I noticed that in the email body it had the wrong Sales Rep's name, in fact a sales rep who is not even in the Sales Territory. However, it was sending the email to the right sales rep though. Does anyone know the issue with this?
