Hi Kien, Im guessing this is a custom field? If so then the list record will show the - New - option if people have the option to create new entries to this list.

Also it will be blank unless you set a value (You can do this via script / workflow on most things) but they wont be able to submit it at the moment as it is a mandatory field anyway.
