@mescalante Inactivate an item is a good option. You can try using workflow as well to return user an error when item like this is choosen. I personally will keep it inactive once not approved

Yeah, Inactivate is my first option. Just wondering if anybody else has done anything different.

You could use an item filter on the form. Adding a checkbox that finance would check upon approval to the item record and filtering by items approved.
