Looking for a way to prevent booking an item (Opportunities, Estimate and Quotes) without first going through an Item approval process. Finance needs to verify that the Items has been properly configured, before it can be used. I was thinking in Inactivating the Item when it is just first created and activate it back after it is approve. - Have any of you done something like this? I will appreciate any ideas.
