I think we've got this. You'll need your record type and NetSuite account number. There's a SuiteAnswer about this 51544. In my example, change the record type (186) to yours and change the xxxxxxx to your account number. You'll need to switch to source mode on the editor to put this in. Change "Link Name" to what you want it to be and see if this works for you. You need to use Freemarker syntax in these. (That's the ${} stuff) - This is for your email template btw
