What do you guys do when you want to include a bundled field in a workflow? For example, AVATAX Exemption No or FedEx Saturday Delivery checkbox? It’s not available when setting up a workflow….

Are you sure these fields are not added via scripts? Are you seeing them when going to the list of your custom fields?

Hover over the field name, if the link to the Field Help doesn't exist, then it's added via script.
