I'm having trouble with a sales order approval workflow. Attached images show the workflow. Basically, I want to send an email when the sales order is approved. The problem i'm having is trying to qualify when to send it. If I set any conditions in regards to status, oldrec.status or the approval event, the email fails to send. Without any additional conditions, anytime the sales order is edited and saved, an email gets sent. I only want it sent when the user clicks the "approve" button.
