Hi! I am new to workflows. I am trying to create a workflow - when a new lead is created is automatically assigns it to a Support Rep based on alphabet (Customers A-M go to Eli and customers N-Z go to Andrea, if it starts with numbers it goes to Tammy). I created a set field value action where field = Support Rep and formula is:
CASE WHEN {companyname} BETWEEN 'A' AND 'MZZZZZZ' then 'Eli'
ELSE WHEN {companyname} BETWEEN 'N' AND 'ZZZZZZ' then 'Andrea'
ELSE 'Tammy'
END
