Using a Workflow to trigger an Action when a new Inventory Item is created by CSV, set the preference to allow triggers to work on CSV import, but for some reason, it’s not triggering. Anyone come across this? Trying to Import Item Matrix parent items.

There is an option under csv import preferences. Run server side suitescripts and trigger workflows checkbox. If that is not checked your imports will not trigger the workflow.
