Hi. I have a Workflow set to trigger on Lead or Prospect transitioning to "Customer-Closed Won". It has a condition to check the new record Status = Customer-closed won" and old record Status != "Customer Closed-Won". This workflow triggers when I change this status via a RESTlet Suitescript. It is NOT triggering when users make the same status change using a form. I can't seem to spot why user changes aren't triggering the workflow. Any ideas?
