A button is added if certain conditions are met (a custom status field has the required value, and a custom date field is greater than another custom workflow field which is also a date). The Add Button is set to “Before Record Load”. The button is correctly being added when it should be (and is not added when it should not be added). The button has a transition to a state that has one action, Set Field Value which sets the value of the custom status field above. The Set Field Value is set to “Before Record Submit”. Neither the transition, nor the Set Field action have any conditions. When the button is clicked, the set field value doesn’t work. The log shows this message: “Workflow triggered to process transitions by click on button” “Button execution failed. Specified conditions did not match.” I know the conditions match because the button is being added. In the log I can see the condition being checked and returning true. What’s going on here?
