I’m having a weird situation happen with a workflow. It was working correctly before, now it randomly works. All it is, if someone uses a term that is a date, it sets the due date to be that date. I tested it on an invoice started from a sales order and an invoice just created on its own. It worked on the invoice from the sales order, but not on the invoice from scratch. BUT it sometimes doesn’t work on the invoice created from a sales order. It is set to work on create and view/update on invoices. The trigger on the workflow is all and the trigger on the states is entry. I tried playing around with these to see if that would change anything but it didn’t. Does anyone have any ideas on something else to try?
