@girieshg thanks that helps. I'm needing, just one email per transaction when set to that status, so a workflow would be better? I was wondering in regards to which would slow down the system more? I believe on a saved search when you have email send when records are created/updated it runs the search every time any record of that search type is created/edited...thinking that might slow down the system if used on multiple searches
