Hey everyone. I have a simple workflow which checks a case origin on view or update, and if it is "web" I change the custom form. The execution log shows that the form changed, but the view remains as the default form. The kicker is that I had this working until a co-worker disabled support cases under company. Once re-enabled,the workflow didn't work anymore and recreating had no effect. Any ideas on a possible cause/solution?
