i created a workflow to set a date/time field on an estimate that sets it with the date/time that the estimate was updated to a specific status. i'd like to send an alert when it's been 24 hours since that field was set and i thought i could do it in a saved search - does anyone have any ideas of a formula i could use for that? or is this something i should be doing in a workflow?
