Okay, so, I've got Parent Subsidiary and 30 Subordinate subsidiaries. My client would like to have a user at the parent subsidiary assign consolidation fields to subordinate subsidiaries, without giving them view or edit access to other subsidiaries. I'm thinking about giving them an unrestricted saved search to use as a work queue, is there any way to trigger a work flow that executes as admin from a list? Maybe a hyperlink or something that displays on the list?
