We are not that happy with the CRM in Netsuite and looking to integrate with another platform, looking for recommendations

What are you unhappy about with NS CRM?

the ui, lack of good mobile support, no kanban

Salesforce is pretty much the gold standard. It's not cheap, but I rarely run across people who are unhappy with it. That said, I'd closely examine your use cases and maybe employ partner to help you. Depending on what you're doing in your CRM, Salesforce may be overkill.

Half our company uses Zendesk, the other half uses Salesforce. Both are very good, I think Zendesk is likely to be the simpler & cheaper option, especially if you don’t already have or use Salesforce for anything else. I have to agree that the CRM in Netsuite is not the nicest, unless you are totally committed to using only Netsuite for everything, and willing to customize it quite a lot.

We use HubSpot and are pretty happy with it. They have both sales and service modules and it’s free for the most part We integrate it via Celigo with NetSuite. Our team seems to be pretty happy with it but I don’t know about all it’s capabilities in detail

Have you looked into possibly getting some third-party help to see if your CRM experience can be improved? It might be possible and also financially cheaper than starting from scratch on a new system

We have, the mobile experience is really a killer though

I've found it helps to access NetSuite in the browswer on my phone rather than try (in vain) use their app, @Shannon
