When VOIDing a sales order transaction is there any native way to stop the MEMO field being overwritten with the word VOID? We lose visibility of previous notes and have to go to System Notes to view.

You could use a workflow to store the notes in a separate custom field so in case they get overwritten you have them saved/duplicates in another field
