so 2020.2 is a mess. taxes (destination based) using Suite's tax engine dont work on sales orders (script-created orders do fire properly). we have some custom rules around origination states and those also aren't working, as the native calculation that happens prior to the script isn't calculating anything. everything on sales orders is coming across as "non-taxable"
