I've been seeing the same. In some cases, logs were being created fine, then they'd stop for long periods. At other times, one script would log, but another fails to do so. Are you EU datacenter?

Yes, it's a EU datacenter. I'm seeing the same issue in some other accounts that I manage. I'm not 100% sure but I may also see an issue on searching on system notes/system notes are delayed as well.
