If you enter Duration on the Weekly Timesheet, then click the Memo + sign, Duration goes blank.

Have you got a service item & all the other fields that are mandatory in your instance populated?

Defect 602107: Weekly Timesheet > New Weekly Timesheets Interface > Enter Time > Hours disappear after entering Memo in pop-up. Alternative solution: • After entering Time, move to a different cell, then go back to the prvious one to enter Memo; or • Enter Memo first, before entering Time
