Yes! It's got some big short comings:
1. Doesn't include all transaction types so it won't tie back to all financial and operational reporting. This typically is a deal breaker for any CEO/CFO.
2. Industries - they are only targeting product companies because it doesn't handle rev rec, projects, suitebilling, etc.
3. Data model - is star schema but built in a way that will be extremely time consuming and complicated to build any financial metrics/reports since each transaction type is broken out by header, lines and currency. You'll have to write HUGE and COMPLICATED formulas to calculate things like Revenue and COGS.
4. Connector - they use SuiteAnalytics Connect which doesn't provide access to all tables/fields. Also, performs slowly so they only refresh data max 1x/day
5. Comparative Reporting - there is no prebuilt time intelligence to run comparative reporting (i.e. TTM)
6. Oracle Analytics - it uses a BI tool that is not popular/common making it really hard to find good resources who will support it (vs. Power BI or Tableau).
