I'm trying to create an Employee Search to find Employees who have a `Visa Expiration Date`.
I am able to add `Visa Expiration Date` as a Result Field but I cannot find it under Criteria.
How can I add `Visa Expiration Date` as a condition under Criteria?

I ended up using a Formula (Text) {visaexpdate} is not empty
