Am I insane or does the DataSource for NetSuite2.com no longer have backwards compatibility with NetSuite.com? This seems to have changed from 2021.1 to 2021.2

They have never had backwards compatibility as far as I know. The table names and columns are completely different.

hmm, i could have sworn i was able to access regular Connect tables in 2021.1 — i used the admin role to access them. the Analytics schema is completely different and new.

You can still use the NetSuite.com schema in 2021.2. How are you accessing the data? ODBC?

Yeah, but there are some benefits to NS2.com — TBA and the data warehouse integrator role. JDBC connections, yeah. The schema change also means complete refactoring of queries as tables have changed names. for example, custom record tables now take the system ID name instead of the display name

They are deprecating the NetSuite.com schema

Seems like they are just feature freezing and not deprecating — no date is set for sunset

sure, but not this year and doubtful for the next. the rewrites for SuiteQL would be pretty large for a lot of companies
