Is there any way to look at an existing report and see what criteria was used to initially create it? (components, fields, etc)

@Dawn At least for reports and saved searches not really. You can look at what's there currently and look at the audit trail to try and back into what might have changed, but it's not super clear, especially if a lot of things got messed with.
