Hello guys, do you know if is possible to know if a PO is a dropship or special order? I would like to create a saved search to see all the dropship orders.

The way I've done this in the past is to use the dropship PO custom form as a criteria on the saved search. When a PO is created from a dropship / special order, it uses a different custom form, as opposed to the regular one. Or obvs you can create your own custom form, and mark it as a linked form on your sales order. So yeah, that was my solution, should work for you too. Good luck!

You'll be wanting the

createpo

field from the associated (

createdfrom

) Sales Order line.

If doing a saved search on Purchase orders then the Created From field on the PO will show. Do Created From.Type is Sales Order OR If doing a Sales Order search use the Applying to Link type field. Applying to Link Type is Drop Shipment or Special Order
