Received a request to provide a “cash flow forecast for expected expenses”. Intention is being able to look ahead at costs and ensure bank balance is up to the task. Business process does not currently require PO for every procurement transaction, and obviously it’s complicated to take a PO dated August and predict if the expense will come in September or October. Is there a better idea out there that I just don’t know about yet? Other than budgets or 3rd party tools like Adaptive or PCBS I mean?
