In a Saved Search I want to Group the Inventory Classifications which are A,B or C. When I do this Netsuite says No, cannot be grouped even though it looks like text. What function could I use to convert {locationconfiguration.invtclassification} to text?

thanks for the tip. TO_CHAR did work but that field refused to be Grouped. Have to move on sadly.
