Ran into a nasty bug on SuiteAnalytics Workbook that pretty much destroys its usability for transactions: On a simple dataset of criteria: sales orders (only), our salespeople requested a pivot table workbook to see the last week's sales by date. Easy build. It runs just fine under my Admin role, but when the salesperson (or any non-admin role) runs the exact same workbook, they were getting a result for each of the order to cash records. So an order with just a sales order would show up fine, but once fulfilled, the report would double the results. And once invoiced, it was tripled. It turns out this is a known issue: Defect 556623 SuiteAnalytics > Transaction Workbook > Returning duplicate lines when user is not an Administrator Which makes it useless as a tool for reporting, since, well, I don't hand out Admin roles. So caveat emptor if you have sales folks using Workbooks.
