Hi All, I am receiving this error message when trying to generate a bill payment file generation. This is the saved saved criteria and results. Do you know why this is the case?

Man I'm definitely gotten this before, but it was like 6 years ago and I don't remember exactly what the issue was. i do remember it was something kind of dumb/easy...ha. I'd review the document it's recommending. I vaguely remember the answer might be there. Also, just a shot in the dark, but you have two duplicate criteria. It shouldn't make a difference, but I'd try removing one of them anyway to verify that's not it.
