Hi all! I've added a new subsidiary and need to add all the accounts that are available to a different subsidiary to this one. This new sub is not a child of the existing sub. What is the best way to do this in bulk? There's 730 accounts to enable on the new account and that's a lot of manual clicking!

Have you tried checking if it is possible via custom Mass Update?

Export the list of accounts with the subsidiary value that are currently set

Use the find/replace feature in excel to replace all the commas in the subsidiary column with a pipe “|”

Then us concatenate to add the new subsidiary value to the end of the list with a pipe

So the subsidiary column should look like

Sub A|Sub B|Sub C|New Sub

Then import it back in and make sure your separator value for multi select fields is the pipe character “|”
