Needing some suggestions for an Available Filter choice for a Sublist that is not playing to the rules. The sublist or related Invoices showing specific custom fields is to appear on a Sales Order form. Run as a standalone search, the saved search returns all invoices as expected. When the sublist is viewed on a Sales Order, it is empty but should have two result lines of invoices created from this specific SO. For the sublist filtering I have tried Available Filters of Created From : Internal ID, Created From, Created From : Internal ID (number). (As a sanity check if I use Available Filter of "Name" on the search then I get a filtered list of invoices by Customer Name as expected)

have you tried the other direction? make the available filter filter to the sales order

what do your search filters and columns look like?

I also did the search without the join just to see if the SO will filter on the SO itself, that doesn't play either. The only criteria I have now is Type =Sales Order and Available Filter = Internal ID.

well, with those filters and columns, you should get only rows related to your sales order

i agree. seeing as I have all these screenshots now I will lodge in through NS support

given that you only shared columns, what you shared does what it is setup to do

I since created a new search and new sublist - didn't resolve it. will log it to NS while I the customer seems content with it filtering my Name, sorted by date descending.
