Hi All, We have a Time saved search. We are trying to show who rejected the time but there is no fields “Rejected By” or “Last Modified By” There is no system notes for the Time. Any ideas how we could achieve the Rejected By column

@Rachael I’m thinking that Time can only be rejected by their Supervisor or Time Approver. Would it work for you to display Time Approver and/or Supervisor on Rejected entries?

Unfortunately not, the time being submitted is for Project records. A user could submit time for multiple projects and each have a unique Project Manager that is authorising the time. It seems to be such a big gap in functionality so I was hopeful someone would have the solution

I did a previous customisation where we put a custom field on the Time record. You could have similar to stamp the "unapprovers" name.

try joining to the timesheet record? i believe the approval updates may live on that record (a time record is technically a subrecord of timesheet, sort of like an individual transaction line on the transaction)

Hey Amy, no joy. Weekly Time is the join table and it only shows the Approval Status. It does not say by who. No system notes either. I’ve tried to opposite direction too of starting with the Employee or Weekly time but keep ending up in same spot. Most likely will have to use the customisation suggestion by NetSuite Tragic.... guess the pun is in his username 😉
