Hello guys, does anyone know what Bookings or Sales Teams Bookings are? I am checking a report that seems to be using this on the filters, I am not sure what type of record is in NetSuite, we want to display sales orders containing gift certificates, however they are not displayed, I just need some tips to figure it out, I am familiar with saved search but not much with reports

Bookings usually refer to amount from sales orders based on the order date. I'm not familiar with how you handle gift certificates in Netsuite.

I see, and do you know if they are record on NetSuite? I am totally new on this NetSuite account, so I do not know how the gift certificates are handled in the account. I do not know if that type of items are not available from Bookings. I just want to know where can I check that Booking to see the relationship among sales orders/items/customers.

Look at SA 28223, that can tell you more about Gift Certificates
